STAGE 1 - ECU UPGRADE -
£ 800.00 +VAT (FITTED)
Stage 1 Power Tuning for the Mitsubishi Evo 1/2/3 introduces upgrades to the engines intake and exhaust system, allowing the engine to breath more efficiently and less restricted, allowing increase in power/torque and boost pressure reponse. The standard ECU will be able to compenstate for this slight increase in efficiency, but an ECU Re-Map will make the most of the uprated components (as offered in Stage 2).
N.B. Stage 1-4 Performance tuning should only be considered on healthy running Engine and Turbo Set-Ups. We advise that all performance tuning work is carried out only after a full health check and dyno power session to ensure the car is running correctly. We will be able to provide a Health Check for £100.00+VAT to ensure the car is suitable for tuning.
STAGE 2 POWER UPGRADE - BOOST + FUEL + ECU UPGRADE - £1550.00+VAT (Fitted)
Stage 2 Power Upgrade for the Evo 1/2/3 will introduce electronic engine control components into the car, where the boost pressure is raised by the fitment of an upgraded Electronic Boost Control Solenoid (or Boost Controller), along with replacement of the Factory Engine Control Unit (ECU), where CPR will replace with a Full Standalone, Programmable unit, where any changes to the Fuel and Igntion Maps can be custom altered to compliment your specific level of hardware modification. Fuel delivery upgrade is also required, and supported by Fuel Pump Upgrade, along with a colder set of spark plugs to support the raised boost pressure and in-cylinder temperatures.

STAGE 3 POWER UPGRADE - INJECTORS + TURBO + CAMSHAFT UPGRADE - £2500.00+VAT (Fitted)
Stage 3 will call upon increase boost requirement, where the factory turbocharger must be uprated to a larger TD05-16G/20G Hybrid Turbocharger, capable of supporting up to 400hp. The engine will now need to work more efficiently to use this increased boost pressure on tap, and an upgrade of the Camshafts is required to allow engine to intake/exhale air more effiently. Fuel Injectors from Evo 5-9 are then fitted to provide increase fuel support.

STAGE 4 - ENGINE UPGRADE PACKAGE - £POA
With performance levels up to 370hp, the standard engine internals will now be at their limit and will require strengthening
with uprated Pistons, Con-Rods, Metal Headgasket and Cylinder Head Stud Kit.
The engine will require full rebuild, where the cylinder block will be over-bored to accept stronger Forged Pistons. Con-Rod Upgrade is also recommend, as this is the weak point in the engine and essential for pushing torque levels beyong 360lbft. CPR are happy to discuss your requirements, and carry out all specification for your motor based on your requirements. At this point a larger capacity Stroker Build can be offered to support high HP Applications.
