Following on from Stage 2 we begin to introduce upgraded components to the car, to allow for greater performance threshold. These select upgraded components are all tried and tested by ourselves, and offer not only excellent value, but also superior quality and longevity over the original factory equipment, which obviously represent a compromise of performance, to manufacturing costs and emissions control. The hardware upgrades will all be sourced from high quality parts manufacturers, and carefully installed by our technicians, to a very high factory like standard, with zero negative drawbacks to the modifications. All of our modifications make improvements to the car, with zero disadvantages to reliability, safety, day-to-day running of the car.
This package is extremely popular to owners who want a substantial increase in performance without delving into Engine Internal modifications.

N.B. This conversion includes removal of the factory Catalytic Converters. UK Law states that cars registered after 1994 must have a Catalytic Converter fitted. This package is entended for Motorsport/Track Use only, or at your own risk on UK Road.
We are able to supply a Hi-Flow 100cel Sports Catalytic Converter for +£150.00 which will keep your car road legal for street use, but without any sacrifice to power output.

This package is essential for any owners requiring to advance beyond Stage 3 - 400hp Level, where the stock engine internals are the limiting factory. Torque levels beyond 370-380 lbft on a stock motor are the maximum the factory rod's will support. For this reason, CPR offer the 2.0L FORGED DROP-IN PACKAGE, a cost effective solution to strengthen the engine, without the requirements of total engine overhaul/rebore. Drive in - Drive out Service, with 6 month warranty offered on motors with less than 30,000 miles*. This package in itself will not provide any additional power, but sets the foundation for support up to 600hp, and can stagger the cost to reaching the 500-550hp level of performance.

The CPR-500 Package will take performance to 500-530hp / 450-470lbft region and is suited to 2.0L Displacement. The CPR-600 Engine Package is based on 4G63 Motor, and will involve engine removal, stripping, machining and equipping with the CPR 2.3L Full Stroker Kit to support 600hp+ and excellent response. Included also is the CPR Specification Garrett T04Z Ball Bearing Turbocharger, CPR Hand-Built Tubular Exhaust Manifold, and Turbosmart 50mm Pro-Gate External Wastegate, which supports over 600hp Pump / 700hp+ on Race Gas. Turbo Lag is kept to a minimum, full boost at 4,5000 rpm (2.0bar). Increased Air Flow Requirements into and out of the motor are supported by the inclusion of the CNC Race Ported Cosworth Cylinder Head. Cosworth Head is Brand New Fresh Casting with precise CNC Port Machining & +1mm Oversized Inlet and Exhaust Valve set, Wire-Rung by ourselves upon installation, to achieve the best possible way of sealing the combustion chamber ( a modification carried out on all of our race motors built at CPR). The increased engine displacement is supported by the large capacity CPR Intake Plenum and Billet 75mm Diameter Throttle Body from Boomba Racing.

The CPR-600 Support Parts Package completes the Stage 6 Package allowing 600hp target to be reached, and will include all non-engine related components required to support the 2.3L Stroker Motor. Fuel Upgrade components will see up to 620hp of fuel available, and the engine is superbly controlled by AEM EMS Standalone ECU (as fitted to our race cars). Our mapping engineers will be able to setup many race orientated features with this ECU, such as Definable Knock Control, Full Idle Control, 2-Step Rev Limit, Full Boost Control, Switchable Map Function (for Race Fuel and Pump Gas Maps), Nitrous Control and many other definable outputs.
This level of performance is reserved for EXTREMELY fast road setups and track cars with the necessary required supporting parts such as Suspension and Brake Systems. Neglecting to upgrade the Suspension and Brakes at this level of performance is seriously unadvised.
STAGE 6.3 - FULL RACE 2.4L 4G64 HI-DECK OPTION - £1450.00+VAT (OPTIONAL EXTRA TO STAGE 6.1)
This special upgrade package will be to suit entry level competition/trackday, where a 2.4L Capacity is chosen to increase response even further and allow higher RPM limit. CPR will supply a High Deck 4G64 Block and Conversion Parts, and our Full Race 2.4L 1000hp+ Rated Stroker Kit along with corresponding turbo kit (600-700-800-900HP+)
The 2.4L 4G64 Block has a higher deck height, allowing a longer rod length to be used, which will change the geometry of the engine and reduce the acceleration forces on the Piston during the cycle. This set-up will then allow a high RPM range to be used with maximum reliability, and with an increased displacement, there is a significant increase in response and reduction in turbo lag. The 4G64 Hi-Deck Version is ideal for owners who have damaged their original 4G63 Block and require a replacement Block.
CPR uses 4G64 Hi-Deck Blocks and our 2.4L Stroker Kits in both of our Time Attack Circuit Evo's, to regions of 980hp+ in circuit trim / 3.0bar boost pressure / Race Fuel.
