• Power. JDM Test Car (Stock) we rolled at 476.8HP Estimate Flywheel (380.6HP at the wheels) with CPR 3" Front Pipe = 486.3 Estimate Flywheel (387.4HP at the wheels)
  
• Torque. Stock Car we rolled at 480lbft at 3,800 RPM with CPR 3" Front Pipe = 520lbft at 3,800 RPM
  
• Boost. Stock car max boost 12 psi with drop to 9.5psi by 5,500 RPM with CPR 3"Front Pipe, boost is up to 13psi, holding 11psi until 6,000 RPM
• Air-to-Fuel Ratio. Stock car shows a very Rich AFR (safety margin) which is off the scale rich (0.69 Lambda) at 4,300 RPM With CPR 3" Front Pipe, the AFR is overall still Rich and very safe.
  
• The stock GTR Map will support this modification as proven with the Air Fuel Ratio Log's, but a Custom Re-Map or Stage 1 Map offered via Cobb Tuning Access Port would improve the Map further, to produce even more performance gains.
  
• N.B. The CPR 3" Y-Pipe is featured in our Stage 1 Performance Package for the R35 GTR, where along with Uprated Sports Panel Air Filters, power levels can be raised up to 550hp maximum without any ECU Upgrade.

• The CPR Rear Exhaust Section has been labelled a true work of art by GT-R Owners who have chosen to modify their exhaust system with the CPR Part. The stock exhaust tone of the original system has generally been described as being far too quiet, not a true and fair representation of the immense, highly developed 3.8 V6 Power Plant. Without creating excess noise and leaving the owner with an intrusive, obnoxious exhaust tone, we focused on providing an exhaust tone that represented the High-End Prestige Image they felt the GT-R now belonged to, amidst the upper echelon of exhaust systems of the Exotica Tuning World from companies like ‘Tubi’ and ‘NoviTec’. With a 3.5” Primary Pipe, splitting gradually into twin 3” Split Pipework, the physical size of the CPR System dwarves the stock restrictive mass-produced exhaust system. The sweeping Criss-Cross Pipework features all smooth Mandrel Bends, entirely in twin 3”, promoting superior exhaust gas flow. The design allows the use of long high efficient Bullet Silencers made in-house as opposed to boxes, to allow for maximum flow and noise reduction. This design of the bullets creates a very distinctive look for the CPR System. The final part of the exhaust system features elegant split equal length pipework of the quad 3” sections, finished with four Slash-Cut Mirror Polished 4.5” Outlet Tips, allowing a subtle yet high class aesthetic improvement over the cheap looking, add-on tail trims of the stock system.

  Compared to the majority of the Aftermarket Japanese Systems, the CPR GT-R System differs dramatically in its design and construction. The majority of Titanium Systems offered by the likes of Sunline, Amuse and Mine’s offer marginal weight reductions over the CPR System, but with drawbacks noted by CPR’s Engineers during their testing of various Japanese Aftermarket Systems, including Poor Fitment, Necessity in some circumstances to Remove Rear Diffuser Supports, and most notably, greater restriction recorded through the presence of smaller diameter pipework. The Racing Creation System offers customers a free-flowing and excellent fitting prestige product, at a reduced price compared to the rival systems (some costing over £2,500.00+VAT).
