CPR offer T45 Full Tig Weld-in FIA Roll Cage Fabrication Services, where the entire car is dissassembled to a bare shell. At which point we can offer a number of services including;

  • Full Blasting Process to remove all original Body Sealer & Paint back to fresh metal
  • Chassis Lightening & Stiffening
  • Stitch/Seam/Spot Welding
  • Dash Bar Removal & Modification to Lighten and Remove Heaters
  • Steering Column Modification
  • Roof Removal, Door Section Welding

  • CPR's Full Competition Race Car builds are powered by our line of Full Competition Engines, ranging from 700hp to 950hp+ Power Levels for Time Attack Competition, but we also offer Powerplants to meet any regulations of many other Motorsport Series.

    CPR offer Race orientated Dash and Instrument Conversions to display engine and race parameters, with Full Telemetry, Datalogging and Laptiming Capabilities, with a wide range of solutions to cater for any requirements required for the driver or race engineers

    CPR offer a selection of our own and aftermarket products to further reduce body weight of the car when we convert to race specification, including;

  • Our competition brake services are based on converting the entire brake line system for braided metal -4 brake lines and high-quality aerospec fittings, with bulkhead fittings to ensure car meets intended race purpose regulations and maximum performance. We normally will offer a customer a Brake Package to suit their type of racing, ranging from 'Stoptech GT Circuit Kit', 'AP Racing' or 'Brembo Forged Mono-Block'.

    We are able to build these systems to support or remove ABS System, and the addition of Hydraulic Handbrake Assemblies

    CPR Competition Services take advantage of our tried and tested range of Race Specification Suspension Components, and our typical Time Attack Build Project will incorporate Circuit Based Coilovers with 2 to 3 Way Damping Adjusment, Uprated Anti-Roll bars, Uprated Suspension Link Bushes and O.E Mitsubishi or Ralliart Suspension Arms and Links.

    CPR offer a Blasting Service on all Suspension Arms prior to rebushing, to remove any corrosion.

    For Pro-Class Competition Cars, CPR offer high speciality Suspension System Modification, as featured on both of our Orange and Yellow Time Attack Evo's, which have had extensive Chassis Modification to allow Late-Model Evo 9 Suspension, Running Gear and Active Centre Differential.

    Our Orange Car features Bespoke Custom Suspension Wishbones, Rear Subframe Assembly with Turreted Suspension Tops, where we have radically redesigned and fabricated a new suspension system to allow extreme ride height drop, reducing bump-steer and to dial out understeer. This highly technicial suspension redesign service is something that our head race engineers are happy to discuss with you, please call us or email to discuss your requirements further.

    CPR offer Differential Modification to support Circuit, Sprint or Drag Application, ranging from Rebuilt Uprated Limtied Slip Differentials Front and Rear to our specifications, Rear RS Differential Conversions to remove AYC System for improved reliability at High HP applications and improved handling (prices from £2000.00+VAT Fitted), Special CT9A Active Centre Differential Conversions into Evo 5/6 for improved traction and turn-in, through to our Special Bespoke 9" Hewland Rear Differential Conversions and Rear Space Frame Diff Carrier Frame, to support 1000hp+ Drag Racing, as featured in our Works Yellow Evo 6, current Pro/Club Time Attack Champion 2009 and low 9 second Drag Car (Winner of T.O.T.B 2009 Pro-Drag Shootout).

    CPR offer installation services for Safety equipment to bring our race car builds to required regulations for various different motorsport series', where minimal requirements generally are Remote Emergency Cut-Off Switches and Fire Extinguishing Systems
